New Customers: The first special is ADT's Pulse Video package which includes a wireless camera, remote access to video, 24/7 monitoring, and a 6-month money back guarantee. This can all be yours for $49.00, but keep in mind that you would be obligated to sign a 36-month long monitoring contract - with an early termination fee - accompanied by an Extended Warranty Plan.

For less than $1.00 a day - or $28.99 a month - the second special is ADT's home security system which consists of a yard sign, alerts, and 24/7 monitoring. This plan also requires a 36-month contractual agreement and no extended warranty coverage.

ADT's Packages

Each successive package has more features and more layers of security than the previous one. We will start with the most affordable package with the least perks, explain its components and follow through from there.

Traditional

All ADT packages are inclusive of the first three features shown here. The remaining four can only be added to this plan for a raised fee.

Remote

Web & Mobile Access: One step closer to home automation, remote web and mobile access enables you to monitor all your sensors and home temperature with any web-enabled device.

Email & Text Alerts: Using the web and mobile access, you can choose to specify the conditions for email and text notifications. This will keep informed of any break-ins, fires, and unusual temperature readings in your home.

Video

As the name suggests, the Video package combines all the features from Remote and Traditional and adds four more.

Remote Lock & Unlock Door Control: Using the ADT app from your phone, tablet, or computer, you can lock and unlock your doors from virtually anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection.
